Club Day's own traffic scheme will, as usual, be in operation during the procession. Owing to the number of floats as well as other items, and the large influx of cars and buses, the police will introduce the following restrictions:

From 8.30am: Private vehicles will NOT be permitted in the ASSEMBLY AREA: Westby Street, Talbot Terrace, Cleveland Road, Bannister Street, Station Road, Park View Road to Mythop Road, Haven Road and St. John's Street. Additionally, NO PARKING will be permitted in the Town Centre within the Assembly or Dispersal areas, or Station Square or on any part of the procession route. Special car parking is provided at the railway station car park, access by Sparrow Park.

From 9.30am: Procession diversions come into operation on Warton Street, Clifton Street, Park Street, Ballam Road to South Park and Church Road, which are closed to traffic. The Beach will also be closed to traffic from Woodville Terrace to the Hospital whilst the procession is in progress on The Beach. All through traffic will be diverted via Forest Drive, South Park, Ballam Road, Park View Road, Saltcotes Road and reverse.

BUS SERVICES WILL BE DIVERTED AS ABOVE.

APPROXIMATELY 1.00pm traffic restrictions will be removed.
