The Cadgers Cup is presented to the collector, or Cadger as they are more affectionately known, who collects the most during the procession.

The total raised in our street colection for 2008, was a fantastic £2500.00!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We are fortunate to have many colectors who jiggle their tin or jangle their bucket, some in costume, some not, depending on the mood of the individual. But whether costumed up or not we are indebited to all the collectors who so generously give their time and effort in supporting Lytham, and its Club Day.

All the Cadger's efforts would be fruitless if it wasn't for the generous support of locals and visitors alike, who fill up all those buckets and tins.

Grateful thanks to all those who collect and donate.
